The school offers a broad curriculum program from Years Prep to 7 in all Key Learning Areas. Planning modifications to cater for individual learning needs:
Gogango State School is part of the "Capricorn Highway School Cluster", along with Stanwell, Marmor, Westwood and Depot Hill.
Together, we plan units of work and moderate our students learning together as a cluster. We also have a culminating day each term where the five schools come together share learning experiences based on the unit of work. This also allows the students to socialise with children of their own age group. The schools also share resources and ideas between each other.
As a Queensland State School we are bound by the state curriculum and syllabus documents that set out the eight key learning areas and the outcomes for each level.
These Key Learning Areas are: English Mathematics Science SOSE The Arts Technology Helath and Physical Education
