School Excursions
Throughout the year, students will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of extra-curricular activities. These may include such things as cultural events, Life Ed van, curriculum related excursions or sporting events. Students are expected to wear their uniforms to these events. Excursions may take a part day, full day or longer. They are planned with minimal cost and parent support and approval. All excursions are recorded in an accountable register. Parents will be notified regarding all excursion details and written parental consent will be required. To minimise costs, parents will be required to assist with the transport for some events. If parents are transporting students they will be required to complete a Permission to use a Private Vehicle to Transport Students form.
School Library
The Library is stocked with quality fiction, non-fiction and reference material. We ask that children take responsibility for items borrowed and that the items are returned in good condition. Children are able to borrow if they have a library bag.
Students may borrow books for personal reading and take these home. In the event that a book is returned damaged or is not returned (ie: lost) the parent/guardian will be asked to pay the cost of the book/s.
